It was unbelievable how incredible it looked early in the morning... We went there for bird photography..

Cheese and Monaco chicken

just 4 ingredients and 20 mins!

I get really bored with long recipes, and so whatever i cook, it is done in a jiffy! :)

So i took the basic of this recipe from jamiecooksitup.blogspot.in and then tweaked it to suit our taste..

Ingredients :
1. half a kg of boneless chicken breast
2. Garlic paste and lemonfor marination
3. 1 pack of Monaco biscuits
4. Cheddar cheese
5. Salt and chilli powder to taste

Prep:

I cut the chicken into medium sized pieces and marinated them in garlic paste+lemon+salt for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, I crushed the Monaco biscuits in a small mixer and shredded the cheese.

Then after marination, i dipped the chicken pieces one by one first in the cheese, and then in the monaco crumple and cooked it in on a non-stick pan with a lid.

Cook for about 10 minutes till the chicken is tender!

Tada! Its done! :)

And it was gone in about 3 minutes flat! ;)

Stuffed Mushrooms and Cheese Cherry pineapple..

A quick snack - 'Baked stuffed mushrooms' - filled with a mixture of onions, mixed herbs ,some cheese, olives and salt and pepper..
preparation time : 15 minutes!

And the classic! Cheese cherry pineapple.. Need i say more?! :)


All done up in time for the house warming party...
